Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and how it is handled.
Last updated: July 2026.
Schneller Law Group ("the firm," "we," "us") operates this website to provide general information about the firm and to let visitors request a consultation. This policy describes the limited information the site collects and how it is used. It applies only to this website, not to any separate communications, engagements, or in-person interactions with the firm.
Information you provide
The only information this website actively collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form. That form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, the type of matter, and a brief message describing your situation. You are not required to use the form — you may instead call the office at (314) 202-6070.
Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive details in the form. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before the firm agrees to represent you may not be treated as confidential.
How your submission is handled
When you submit the contact form, the information is sent to a serverless function hosted on our website platform (Vercel) and then delivered to the firm as an email through a third-party email-delivery service, SMTP2GO. SMTP2GO acts as a data processor that transmits the message to the firm on our behalf; it is an email-delivery provider, not a marketing, advertising, or analytics vendor. The firm uses the information solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether it can assist you.
The website itself does not maintain a database of form submissions; the submission is delivered to the firm by email and retained by the firm as part of its ordinary intake records.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly how visitors reach the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information; the data is aggregated and used to improve the site, not to identify you personally. This website does not use advertising or retargeting cookies, does not sell or rent visitor information, and does not use tracking pixels beyond what Google Analytics itself relies on.
You can learn more about how Google handles data collected through Google Analytics, and your choices, at Google's Privacy & Terms page. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and browser extensions are available that opt out of Google Analytics specifically.
Separately, the site uses what is strictly necessary for the contact form to function (including a hidden timestamp and spam-prevention checks that help block automated submissions).
Third-party resources
To display its typography, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which are served from Google's servers. As with any externally loaded resource, your browser's request for those font files reaches the provider. The firm does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of Google or other third parties whose resources or websites you may reach through links.
Security
The firm takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. For anything urgent or sensitive, please call (314) 202-6070 rather than using the form.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
Governing law
This policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you have questions about this policy or about information you submitted, contact Schneller Law Group at 1926 Chouteau Ave, St. Louis, MO 63103, or by phone at (314) 202-6070.
