About Gerry Schneller

A St. Louis trial lawyer, born and built here.

Gerry Schneller brings decades of courtroom experience and direct, personal attention to injured workers and families.

Gerry Schneller, founder and trial lawyer at Schneller Law Group

Gerard B. Schneller grew up the youngest of eight kids in St. Louis. He graduated from St. Louis University High, played rugby at Marquette University while earning a degree in accounting, and graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law — earning the Order of the Woolsack, awarded to the top 10 percent of his class, and serving on the National Moot Court Team.

Seeking real trial experience, Gerry served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois from 1991 to 1995, prosecuting federal felony cases out of East St. Louis and receiving special recognition from the Department of Justice, DEA, and Department of the Treasury.

Since 1995, he has devoted his practice exclusively to injured workers and personal injury victims. In 2002, he became a founding member of a nationally recognized trial firm, and he has since handled cases in more than 20 states, admitted to federal courts throughout the Midwest.

Gerry lives in St. Louis with his wife, Lindsay. He has four children and is an assistant coach for the SLU High tennis team. When you call, you talk to Gerry — not a case manager.
