Case Results
Results that speak for themselves.
Railroads, barge lines, trucking companies, and insurers all have one goal: pay you as little as possible. These results show what happens when an experienced trial lawyer pushes back.
Result 1 of 9 · $35 Million Judgment
Past results afford no guarantee of future results. Every case is different and must be judged on its own merits.
Practice Areas
Built for the hard cases.
Schneller Law Group is built around Gerry Schneller's three decades of railroad and river injury experience, with the same trial-focused approach applied to every serious injury case the firm accepts.
FELA & Railroad Injuries
Injured railroad workers are protected by the Federal Employers' Liability Act — not workers' comp. Schneller Law Group's FELA practice is led by Gerry Schneller, whose experience spans every craft and railroads nationwide.
Jones Act & Maritime Law
Deckhands, engineers, pilots, and crew on the rivers have powerful federal rights. The firm's maritime experience includes Gerry Schneller's role in a $35 million judgment.
Truck & Tractor-Trailer Accidents
An 80,000-pound truck doesn't cause fender benders. These cases demand immediate evidence preservation and a lawyer trucking companies take seriously.
Auto & Motorcycle Accidents
Insurance companies make lowball offers hoping you'll take them. Filing suit and preparing for trial is how full policy limits get paid.
Wrongful Death
When negligence takes a loved one, a wrongful death claim can secure your family's future and hold the responsible party accountable.
